It was reported on Twitter that the Giants have made a minor league deal to sign Silvino Bracho, a pitcher most recently with the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Bracho, 28, has a total of 92 Major League games in his career over the last five seasons, with a 4.82 combined ERA.  He made one appearance in 2020, giving up two runs on two hits (one a home run) with a strikeout.  His 2018 season, he had a 3.19 ERA in 31 games, with 34 strikeouts and 12 walks in 31.0 innings.  He missed the 2019 season after suffering a torn right ulnar collateral ligament, and was removed from the injured list late in September, allowing for his first appearance.

Bracho was signed by the Diamondbacks out of Venezuela in 2011.

He throws in the low 90s with his fastball, and mixes it with a changeup.
